The earner knows how to connect to the cloud to take advantage of IBM Cloud Platform’s capabilities, as well as how to make architecture choices to design an effective solution on IBM Cloud ’s Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS).

申请条件：
1.Full attendance at the 2019 IBM Cloud Bootcamp (Shenzhen or Taipei) organized by IBM marketing.
2.Successfully pass the final exam at the end of the session.
3.Note: This badge is available to IBM Business Partner employees and IBM employees and attendance is by invitation only.
1.全程参加由IBM市场部组织的2019年深圳IBM Cloud Bootcamp（9月5日）或台北Cloud用户实作营（10月16日或11月27日）。
2.在课程结束时成功通过期末考试。
3.注意：此徽章可供IBM业务合作伙伴员工和IBM员工使用，并且仅限受邀者出席。
